Even after the implementation of the CAQ software into your company‘s IT environment we are available for customer support with an expansive support offer. In addition to offering user training on location, we also offer, in regular intervals, supplementary software-specific user workshops at the multi-media training center in Rheinböllen. For users of our software, these workshops are generally complimentary.

Bonus for Software User Workshops

TSP customers receive a discount of up to 25% on the TSP annual dues to offset participation fees for CAQ AG Factory Systems seminars. These seminars are conducted by GFQ Akademie GmbH and licensed by CAQ AG Factory Systems.

A service hotline offers additional and direct personal contact during our regular business hours. We are able to support you and your specific system set-up with remote maintenance. In short: With TSP you are always kept up-to-date.
